Eligibility for Return or Refund
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- Item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Order Deliverd date must be within 15 days of request.
How to Start a Return

- If your return is accepted, we will share detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and ensuring the parcel is safely delivered back to us.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling (unless proof is provided that the product arrived damaged).
- Sale or discounted items (including Eid, Summer, Winter, Autumn sales, stock clearance, or discount code orders).
- Customized products made specifically for your requirements.
❌ No return or refund on customized products.
Exchanges
- The quickest way to exchange is to return your original item.
- Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.
- 35% of the original invoice/parcel amount will be charged for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, 30% of the original amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your preferred payment method.
Refund processing time: 3–12 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
